I used the big game as an opportunity to try out some new things and hope you enjoy the results. Below is a video I made combining video clips and still images I took throughout the night.
This was the first time I have created anything like this but think it turned out pretty good for a first attempt. I have a video posted from last girls basketball season but it was much simpler to create and is hosted on another server. This is the first one that mixes lots of stills with video and is also totally contained within this site.
All video was shot using my 5D Mark II digital camera. I still have a lot to learn but the functionality it provides is extremely cool.
Unlike the photo slideshows that start automatically, you have to press play to get it to start.
Hope you enjoy the video. If the video appears jumpy on your computer it is related to the way the file was created. This appears to be a problem only on PC’s. If you are on a MAC it should play just fine. I am working on adjusting the settings to fix this. Again, lots of new things to learn so bear with me.
Here is another new feature that lets you zoom way in on the image and see lots of detail. It was created from seven individual photos in a process called stitching. If you find someone who is cut in half or looks really funky, it is a result of the stitching process. The lady walking down the stairs to the right of the band is an example I just noticed. Sorry to cut you in half. 
This was my first attempt at this and the original image could stand to be a bit sharper but it gives you an idea what this can do. Kinda like a football version of Where’s Waldo.
Use the ‘+’ and ‘- ‘ arrows at the left to zoom in and out. To move around the image when it is zoomed in, hold down with your mouse and drag the image as needed.
