The North Montgomery Charger tennis team defeated the visiting Southmont Mounties 4-1 in a match that took two days to complete. Rain washed out the event Tuesday night soon after it started and the two teams returned on Wednesday to wrap things up.
The lone loss on the night for the Chargers was a forfeit at the number 3 singles position due to Clayton Zink’s absence for a school function.
Below is a slideshow of my favorites from the night. Southmont players, I was not ignoring you. I had not covered the North Montgomery boys yet this season and with the limited time remaining because of the restart and the fact I was pretty sick, I only had time to get some shots of the the Chargers.
