After a long day of graduation festivities I went to the Sand Bar at A Country Affair for night of live music featuring Healing Sixes. It was the first time I had been to the Sand Bar since it opened and it is a really nice setup. My Jack and Cokes were a bit expensive, but I did not let cost slow me down.
It was also the first time I had seen Healing Sixes and they were outstanding!! While their original stuff is very good, the covers of Led Zeppelin flat out rocked. They will return to the Sand Bar September 4 so if you get a chance go check them out.
