North Montgomery’s home opener against Zionsville was without a doubt one of the most exciting volleyball matches I have seen in some time with North Montgomery coming back from a 2-0 deficit to win 23-25, 16-25, 25-21, 25-20, 15-10. I sure wish they were all like that.

North Montgomery’s home opener against Zionsville was without a doubt one of the most exciting volleyball matches I have seen in some time with North Montgomery coming back from a 2-0 deficit to win 23-25, 16-25, 25-21, 25-20, 15-10. I sure wish they were all like that.

It looked like the Lady Chargers were in position to win the first game but a line violation took away a key point late in the game allowing Zionsville to get the win. The letdown was evident in the second game as North Montgomery got down early and was never able to recover.

Facing a 2-0 deficit, the Lady Chargers regained their composure and showed why they are one of the tope teams in the area winning the next three games. Writing this puts a smile on my face just thinking about the match.

Great win!!

The win moves North Montgomery to 3-0 on the season and they open their conference season against Danville later this week.
